Dear Sir and Brother:

I have your letter of December 14  in which you advised me that charter was granted you on July 19, 1940.

I also note that your first regular meeting was held at 7:30 P.M. on December 10, and that after January 1 your regular meetings will be held in the sheriff's office in the Court House on the first Tuesday of each month.

I also have noted that you will submit to me a report of the activities of your organization, and I shall be glad to have you do so, so that I may place same in the State bulletin, which you are receiving regularly, and which is issued on the first of each month.  I like to have all news on hand by December 20 to 25 in order that we may go ahead so as to have the bulletin in the mail by the first of the month.

Bother Kennedy, I shall be only too glad to assist you in any way that I can in my capacity as State Secretary.

With best wishes and kindest regards, I remain

Fraternally yours,
